How your order reaches you, and what to do if it isn't right.
Processing time
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days of payment. You will get an email with tracking details once your parcel ships.
Delivery times and costs

Customs duties and import taxes for international orders are paid by the buyer.
Returns
You can return unopened, unused fragrances in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened or used bottles unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
To start a return, contact us with your order number. We will send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full.
