Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. If that happens you will be refunded in full.

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

Delivery and return conditions are set out on our Shipping & Returns page and form part of these terms.

We try to describe and photograph our fragrances accurately, but colors and packaging may vary slightly. Scent notes are a guide; fragrance performs differently on every skin. Check the ingredient list before use if you have allergies.

All text, images, logos and designs on this site belong to ESSENCE or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where ESSENCE is established. This does not affect the consumer rights you have in your own country.
